Multipurpose construction for a logistics company, including an office building spanning two levels and comprising its own wing connected to a warehouse section. Office wing constructed using hollow-core concrete slabs reinforced with steel columns and beams. The warehouse has a maximum height of 9.5 metres, and averaging 8.5 metres (6.8 metres below ceiling/construction). Steel construction with light roof. Walls facing east made from polycarbonate to provide near-daylight natural illumination in the warehouse. Remaining walls constructed from insulated steel cassettes covered with sinus corrugated steel plates
