The project involves an expansion of the Langnes Retail Park and brings new, larger shopping concepts and service functions to the area surrounding the public transport hub of Giæverbukta. The plan facilitates office and business spaces, and involves new intersection solutions on Karlsøyvegen as well as a pedestrian walkway across the city link (Tverrforbindelsen).
